Our Warranty
Please allow up to three days for your payment to be processed. Your purchase will be sent out as soon as your payment information is verified. Because our rings cannot be sized, a new ring may be sent in exchange for the old one. For the first (1) year, only a shipping charge will be applied to size exchanges. After the first (1) year, $20.00 will be charged for a new size.
If at any time the ring needs to have deep cuts taken out that won’t buff out in the store, needs to be re-sandblasted, stone finished, brushed, or needs to have new enamel applied, this can be done for $15.00 each. These prices do not include shipping.
A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the ring and a repair order form when using the warranty. Please send returns to:

If the ring has had any after factory alterations (such as engraving, other finishes applied, after-market gemstone addition, or any signs of tampering), it could void all of the sizing and/or repair warranties and the ring will not be able to be exchanged at any time for a new size.
No returns will be accepted before an RMA for the order has been issued. If you have further questions or to request an RMA, please send an email including your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange to returns@i4rings. com. An i4 Rings representative will then get back to you with instructions for returning the ring.
